BID NOTICE

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Gingles, Ashland County, Wisconsin, that it will receive sealed bids for the Beaser Road Improvement Project until 7:00 P.M., local time on the day of Wednesday March 12, 2025. Bids shall be delivered to the home of the Town Clerk, Laura Martinsen, 50902 State Highway 112, Ashland, Wisconsin by 5:00 P.M. or brought to the 7:00 P.M. same day regular Town meeting at the Gingles Town Hall, 49833 State Trunk Highway 112, Ashland, WI 54806 where they will be opened and publicly read.

Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the Contract.

A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, a Certificate of Insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.

The contractor shall be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to perform the work in this bid.
